BlogCamp RJ 2009 – O que é esse tal de BlogCamp?

Estamos chegando na data do BlogCamp e percebi que algumas pessoas ainda possuem dúvidas sobre esse formato de desconferência, espaço aberto e tudo mais. Me desculpem por não ter dado mais informações sobre esse modelo de evento, acabei esquecendo que muitos estão indo pela primeira vez a um BlogCamp e desconhecem esse formato.
O formato desconferência
É um formato inovador, baseado na metodologia do Espaço Aberto (Open Space Technology), onde os participantes organizam a própria pauta, formando pequenos grupos de discussão sobre determinado tema. Por causa disso que não temos, geralmente, uma grade de palestras, etc.
Sempre foi assim, porém, no ano passado resolvemos mudar isso um pouco pois percebemos que algo estava meio errado, muito bagunçado, etc. Isso porque nos BlogCamps da vida não temos os temas definidos, pois eles são gerados quando todos estão no evento. Ou seja, quem comparece que cria o conteúdo do evento, sempre foi assim e é o interessante do evento.
E as modificações…
Por causa dessa, digamos, bagunça, resolvemos mudar um pouco o modelo e colocarmos temas pré-definidos para que caso haja algum problema, temos esses temas prontos. Mas isso não impede com que o BlogCamp RJ deixe de ser uma desconferência, pois temos os temas e as pessoas falando, mas de repente alguém abre um parêntese e modifica o assunto e chega em outro denominador, outro rumo da conversa. E depois disso, algum grupo que esteja num canto da sala ouve aquilo e resolve falar sobre aquilo só eles mesmos, discutindo sobre e quem quiser chegar é só meter a cara e soltar o verbo.
E nesse ano não vai ser diferente, quer dizer, na verdade vai, mas seguindo esse padrão de “pré-definição”. Teremos algumas pessoas falando, como se fossem palestrantes, MAS NÃO SÃO, lembrem-se disso porque é uma desconferência. E também teremos mediadores nessas arenas que irão estimular as pessoas a fazerem perguntas, questionar sobre o discutido, etc.
Finalizando…
Então é isso meus nobres, não se preocupem com grade de palestras, pois elas não vão existir como palestras. Teremos uma grade com as oficinas, desconferências sugeridas, mas isso não quer dizer que vamos seguir com aquela grade perfeitamente, pois o tempo pode mudar, aumentar, diminuir, outros assuntos aparecerem, entre outros.
